DETROIT -

Tuesday morning will be wet with showers and thunderstorms before dawn and temps in the 60s.  Umbrellas can be put away in the afternoon as rain moves away and some sun reappears.

It will be nearly 10 degrees cooler than average with highs only in the low 70s.  A northeast wind will blow at 10 mph.

Tuesday night skies will be clear as the Motown air cools down.  Overnight lows will be in the upper 50s.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny and warmer with highs near 80.  Take advantage of outdoor activities because showers and storms return Thursday and Friday with daytime temperatures in the 70s.

Dream Cruise Weekend will be partly to mostly sunny but cooler again with highs in the low 70s.
