TROY, Mich. -

A Hamtramck man will be charged in Troy after police said he used flashing lights he put on his Cadillac Escalade in what appears to be a road-rage incident.

Troy police impounded the car after pulling the accused owner over.

Police said a driver called them Saturday to report being followed by the man in the sport utility vehicle.

The driver of Escalade said he used the lights because the other driver had cut him off.

Troy does have an ordinance against cars with flashing red and blue lights.
