UPDATE: Farmington police say they have located Marlin Smith and he has been returned to his home safe.

Police in Farmington are searching for a 55-year-old man who has not been seen since Monday night.

Marlin Trent Smith was last seen about 9 p.m. Monday when he left his home at the Jamestown Apartments near Grand River Avenue and Halsted Road. Smith suffers from a closed head injury and is prone to seizers, police say.

His family is concerned because he has not taken his anti-seizure medications.
