Facebook has launched a new page designed specifically for couples.  Similar to friendship pages, the Facebook couples pages are joint profiles that tracks all Facebook content connecting the two users in a relationship.

Not only does the couples pages combine photos and posts in which a user and his/her partner are tagged, but other things such as comments shared between the two on Facebook are also displayed.  Essentially, the page gives a complete tour of the couple's relationship on Facebook.

Many Facebook users are complaining that the consolidated view of relationships is "creepy" and goes too far.  Facebook hasn't informed its users about the new feature.  Most of the complaints come from the fact that there appears to be no simple way of opting out of the new couples pages.

The couples page exists for users who list their relationship status on their Facebook profile.
