Those arrested in the raids were involved in the home health care and adult foster care industries.

Sources said the accused would offer Medicare patients cash for their social security numbers and then use the numbers to file false reports.

Local 4 has learned that one person arrested in Macomb Township is accused of $23 million in fraudulent claims.
