HOUSTON -

At least 14 people were stabbed at a college near Houston, Texas according to paramedics.

Cy-Fair volunteer firefighters said they were called out to a stabbing at Lone Star College, 9191 Barker Cypress Road, about 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Paramedics said at least one of the victims was being taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital by helicopter. The conditions of the other victims were not released.

The college's business office said the Cy-Fair campus has been locked down.

College officials have not released any details about the incident, including where on the campus the incident occurred and if the victims were students, staff or both.

Harris County sheriff's deputies have not released any information about the victims, but have said one person has been taken into custody.

This is the same college where two people were shot in January.
