A dummy was placed in a car at the Corktown Inn and made to look like a security guard.

Corktown Inn dummy security Security, or lack of it, has come under question at the Corktown Inn after a woman was found shot to death in a room there this past week.

The security guard sitting behind the wheel of a red security truck at the inn's parking lot is a stuffed dummy with a duct-taped face and Magic-Marker mouth.

No one at the inn was available to speak to Local 4 on Monday. However, the owner says they have real security working on the weekend. It's unclear if there was a security guard on duty when the woman was found.

Meanwhile, police are searching for a man they are calling a person of interest in the woman's death.
