Detroit police said an 11-year-old girl who had been reported missing has been found.

Police said Nautaysha Tarver was reported missing after last being seen Thursday by her younger brother walking on Lappin and Crusade.

She told her brother that she had to go back to her school, which is located in the 15600 block  of E. 7 Mile, for detention.

Between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m., the mother arrived at the school to pick Tarver up, but she wasn't there.

But police said she was found at school on Friday.

Tarver is described as black, 4 feet 11 inches, about 110 pounds with medium length black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black knitted hat, green shirt, tan pants and a rust-colored waist-length jacket with turquoise/white/purple colored gym shoes.

Police said the girl is emotionally impaired and has ADHD. She is on medication.
