Detroit fire truck involved in crash on city's east side

DETROIT -

A Detroit fire truck was involved in an accident Monday morning on the city's east side.

The fire truck was responding to a fire on Ashland and Mack when it collided with a pick-up truck on Alter Road and Warren. None of the fire fighter were injured. The driver of the pick-up truck was taken by EMS to local hospital with minor injuries.
