Detroit Historical Society Awarded $150,000 Grant

DETROIT -

The Detroit Historical Society announced Wednesday that they are a recipient of a $150,000 Museums for America competitive grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

One of six museum in the state to receive the grant, it will be used toward the digitization of 70,000 artifacts for the Society's Past>Forward campaign.
