Three vehicles protesting Detroit's Emergency Financial Manager caused major traffic tangles on EB I-94 near the Lodge Freeway just after 8 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Police pulled the three vehicles over, but not before traffic along the freeway was backed up for miles.
They are upset over Governor Rick Snyder declaring the city of Detroit is in the midst of a financial emergency and naming Detroit Emergency Financial Manager Kevyn Orr as the city's new Emergency Financial Manager.
This marks at least the third time EFM protestors have caused traffic problems.
