Beech Daly, Ecorse roads intersection shut down in Taylor due to serious motorcycle crash

A motorcycle T-boned a car, embedding itself in the side of the car.

TAYLOR, Mich. -

Police have shut down an intersection in Taylor due to a serious crash.

The intersection of Beech Daly and Ecorse roads was the spot of a serious crash Tuesday evening.

It appeared the motorcycle T-boned a car, embedding itself in the side of the car. Two people who were on the motorcycle are in critical condition. The driver of the car is OK.

A witness told Local 4 the people on the motorcycle were not wearing helmets. Surveillance video from a nearby grocery store, Norm's Market, shows the motorcycle crash into the car. The vehicles appeared to be traveling in the same direction.

Taylor police were investigating the crash.
