WARREN, Mich. – Art Van Furniture will attempt to break a Guinness World Record on Friday in Warren.
The challenge includes breaking a very challenging record of creating the tallest stack of mattresses.

The current record for the World's Tallest Stack of Mattresses is 13 1/2 feet, according to a release.
Art Van Furniture, located at 6500 14 Mile Road, will attempt to break the record using King Koil mattresses, stacking them 14 1/2 feet.
