TROY, Mich. -

Four men were arrested after police say a store associate failed to charge select customers for all of the items presented for purchase at Macy's in Troy.

In one incident a 23-year-old Oak Park customer had five items to purchase and the associate charged the man for one.

The total amount of merchandise stolen was $588.89.
