19-year-old in custody after string of home invasions in Oakland County

Police: Kaleb Holmes may be responsible for several home invasions

COMMERCE, Mich. – Police have a 19-year-old man in custody after discovering evidence linking the man to a home invasion on Meadows Circle in Commerce Township.

Police say they were investigating Kaleb Holmes, of Commerce Township, for writing a bad check when evidence was discovered that tied him to a recent home invasion.

Police are continuing to investigate but say Holmes may be responsible for two other home invasions in Oakland County.

He is in jail pending arraignment.
