ARMADA, Mich. -

Friday, Armada Police arrested an 18-year-old for making a work place threat on Twitter.

Alex David Rosario was arrested for threatening to shoot managers and fellow employees at the Subway on Main street.

According to Armada police Chief Howard Smith, when Rosario was arrested he told officers, can’t you take a joke.

Police weren't laughing when they charged Rosario with domestic terrorism.

If found guilty, he could face 20 years in prison, according to Smith.

Rosario is being held in the Macomb County Jail and bond was set at $500,000 cash.
