TAYLOR, Mich. -

A multi-city police chase ends in a deadly crash, killing one person and injuring several others.

Romulus Police say it started with an ordinary traffic stop for a suspected drunk driver but as the officer approached the suspect vehicle, the driver took off.

Two Romulus police officers, the civilian motorist and her 3-year-old son were transported to the hospital for the injuries. The extent of their injuries are not known at this time.
