DETROIT -

Business is booming for Iron Chef Michael Symon here in Detroit, and now he is looking to bring another restaurant to the Motor City.

Symon first opened his restaurant Roast in the Westin Book Cadillac in 2008.

Now he's looking for a location to open his burger restaurant called B-Spot.

B-Spot won best burger in America honors in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
