Easy turkey pot pie makes good use of Thanksgiving Day leftovers

DETROIT -

If you like things easy, Tina Miller, Meijer Healthy Living Advisor, has this quick fix meal that uses basic Thanksgiving Dinner leftovers.

Easy Turkey Pot Pie- Serves 6

Ingredients:
3 cups chopped leftover cooked turkey
1 pkg. (10 ounce) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend, thawed
1 1/2 cups leftover turkey gravy
3 cups leftover prepared stuffing

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Combine turkey, vegetables and gravy in 2-qt. casserole.
3. Cover with stuffing.
4. Bake 30 minuets or until heated through.


Nutrition Information per serving: Calories 335, Fat 17g, Saturated Fat 5g, Cholesterol 45mg, Sodium 560mg, Carbohydrates 28g, Fiber 3g, Protein 17g.
