DETROIT -

Many expectant parents search high and low for the perfect name for their next newborn.

One website noticed a trend in 2012 that had parents reaching back into the past for inspiration.

Parenting.com released the names most searched by its readers.

Some of the names are throwbacks from previous generations. For girls, the names Isabella, Millie, Sookie, Ann and Ella tops the list of most-searched names.

For boys, readers searched for names like Jacob, Max, Liam, Ted, and Mo.
