The festival features: five outdoor stages; more than 100 artists, a VIP setting located behind the main stage, dozens of official afterparties, an interactive technology center featuring the hottest gear in the industry, and several art displays.

More than 107,000 people from around the globe attended the 2013 festival.

Lineup highlights:

Red Bull Music Academy once again delivers a mind-blowing showcase of acts for their Main Stage offering with headliners; Underground Resistance presents: Timeline (live), Richie Hawtin, and Carl Cox -all of whom are primed and ready to take Movement fans to the next level of sight and sound.

Beatport returns with a hybridized stage that is chock full of electronic music's most upfront producers. Boundaries will be pushed and minds opened when headliners Claude VonStroke, Maceo Plex, Tiga, Pete Tong and Boys Noize take to the stage.

New to Movement this year is the addition of a brand new stage, Silent Disco, which is powered exclusively by Ford and Sennheiser. One lucky fan will get to experience this stage as a performer by way of an open competition through Movement media partners Earmilk and Wavo. The Silent Disco stage continues the musical evolution that has become synonymous with the festival, offering up new talents that await discovery.

Both the Made in Detroit and the Underground stages will bring together icons and rising stars for what many are expecting to be history-making performances. The Made in Detroit stage is solely dedicated to local artists - both up and coming and world-renowned - and certainly features the largest concentration of Detroit talent at a globally recognized festival. The Underground stage brings full-circle every techno lovers dream, the most massive assembly of pure Techno in North America.

Moog Music will be the epicenter Detroit's earthquakes over Memorial weekend when headliners Action Bronson, Ed Rush & Optical, Just Blaze, Baauer and DJ Snake bring the noise, and the drop, to Hart Plaza!
