Eminem's new single 'Berzerk' shows strong sales

The single, produced by Beats founder Dr. Dre and Rick Rubin, seems to find Eminem back in his boisterous early sound.

DETROIT -

Eminem's newly released single 'Berzerk' is selling like hot cakes. According to Billboard, the rappers new single is forecasted to sell upwards of 375,000 downloads, which guarantees a high landing on the charts, set for release on September 4.

"Berzerk's" sales are very comparative to the Detroit natives last first single for an album. 2010's "Not Afraid" hit No. 1 on the charts, selling 379,000 downloads according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Eminem's new album "The Marshall Mathers LP 2" is due out November 5. It's the rapper's first album since "Recovery" in 2010. "The Marshal Mathers LP 2" is executive produced by Dr. Dre and Rick Rubin.
