CARE House of Oakland County joins Local 4 News Today to talk about the organization's upcoming luncheon and how you can help kids in need.

BIRMINGHAM, Mich. -

CARE House will hold its annual "Circle of Friends" luncheon Wednesday at the Townsend Hotel, featuring guest Gov. Rick Snyder.

Snyder is expected to address the crowd before recognizing Oakland County law enforcement officials and police officers who have demonstrated "exemplary work in the protection of safety of children," the organization said.

Providing the keynote address will be John Walsh, the host of "America's Most Wanted," author and victim's rights advocate.

Located in Pontiac and serving Oakland County, CARE House says it offers all of its services and programs free to the families seeking them.

A preview party will take place Tuesday at the CARE House of Oakland County at 44765 Woodward Ave. in Pontiac.

Tickets to both events can be sold separately or packaged together by calling 248-332-7173 or clicking here.
