On Wednesday, Aug. 7, Bianca MacKenzie will be hosting a fundraiser at the Palazzo Grande in Shelby Township.

One-hundred percent of the proceeds will go to the non-profit organization The Mission Continues.

This foundation helps post 9/11 veterans transition from the military to leadership positions in their community by granting them a six-month community service fellowship.

The Fellowship Program embraces the organization motto: It's not a charity, it's a challenge.

Through the fellowship experience, Fellows gain critical professional development skills and first-hand experience leading in their community.

This event will run from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00. Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for children (children 3 and under are free).

Dinner is included along with live entertainment provided by Big Will and the 360 Degree Band.

Prizes will be raffled off. In addition, there will be silent auctions. Please join us for a fun-filled evening and support our military.
