This years schedule includes a variety of shows featuring , magicians, jugglers and comedians. Magic performances from Pure Imagination Magic Show and Cool Tricks & Funny Stuff will delight children and parents alike.

Plus, Radio Disney will amaze with their fun interactive performances, courtesy of DMC.

Winter Blast Off: Located in the Cadillac Square Tent in Campus Martius Park!

Fire & Ice Show: Children will be dazzled by the impressive science demonstrations in this spectacular show! From foggy dry ice storms and gravity-defying beach balls to a Mad Science burp-flavored potion, audiences will be amazed by what they see, hear, and ugh… taste! (Show to run every 90 minutes starting at 5 pm Friday and noon Saturday and Sunday.)

Hands-on Science Fun Stations:

Slime:  The Mad Science slime recipe is revealed in this ooey gooey chemistry!  Free slime take home for all the kids!

Color Changing Lab:  Winter fun!  Winter sun! Learn about the effects of the sun as you make your own UV bead bracelet!

Bubbling Potions:  Ever see scissors sizzle and shiver? Ever taken a bubble shower? Here’s your chance!

Science Trivia: Test your science knowledge!  Win fun prizes at the Mad Science Fun Stations…The educators at Mad Science will develop trivia for kids based on age contestants being chosen from the audience of a similar age group to compete for cool Winter Blast prizes (hot chocolate, carnival rides, marshmallow packets and more).
