How many triceps dips do you do each time you’re at the gym in hopes of getting rid of that annoying jiggle under your arm?

 

If the workouts aren’t getting you the results you want, surgery is an option.

 

Brachioplasty, or an arm lift, can reduce the excess skin and fat between your underarm and elbow, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. This surgery will reshape your arm to give it a more toned appearance and give you smoother skin.
