Consumer Reports analyzes relaxation drinks
You may have seen the beverages on store shelves claiming to help you chill out, relax, and de-stress.
Consumer Reports has also seen those drinks and decided to take a closer look.
The consumer magazine found the labels on those beverages didn't usually list the amounts of the de-stressing ingredients that would allegedly help you relax.
In further analysis, Consumer Reports says many of the drinks did not contain enough of those ingredients to really help you unwind.
The bottom line, according to Consumer Reports study, you should closely look at those labels to see what each product is claiming to contain.
Do you see ingredients that will truly help you relax? Even then, it may take some extra research to see if the drinks can fulfill the claims to help you destress.
It may take some extra work, but do you really want to start buying beverage to relax, if you might not be getting the relaxation you think you're paying for?
